The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute surprises and upsets. The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with defeat of the leader and favorites losing the games.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Panionios (22-3) in Keratsiniou on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by fourth ranked Faros (18-6) 84-65. Kostas Kakaroudis (204-83) contributed with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Bosnian-British center Fahro Alihodzic (208-89, college: UAB) answered with 8 points and 8 rebounds for Panionios. Newly promoted Panionios still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with Iraklis. Faros are looking forward to face Psychiko (#7) in Athens in the next round. Panionios' supporters also look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Athens Amyntas Dafnis.
Thirteenth-ranked Kavala (7-17) used its home court advantage to challenge second ranked Iraklis (22-3). The visitors from Thessaloniki managed to secure only two-point victory 67-65.
