Luxembourg finished the group with 0-3 record on the last spot. Netherlands jumped to 16:5 start and never looked behind in the game. They added 23-13 surge in the second frame and led 21 points at the halftime. Moreover the Dutch side won the third quarter 23-8 and increased to 62:26 after three quarters. Luxembourg meanwhile erupted with 27-15 surge in the last stanza and reduced to final 77:53 margin. Natalie Van Den Adel (185-G-90, college: Colorado St.) top-scored for the winners with 13 points and Tanya Broering (178-G-84) as well as Rianne De Roos (191-C-89) had 12 each. The Dutch U20 National Team traveled to France to take part at the international friendly tournament in Bourg-en-Bresse. They suffered a heavy loss against Czech Republic counterparts 56:80 in the opener.
