Week 5 and 6 came early for Cangaroes and BC APOLLO2 as both teams started the weekend with games to either get a bit of a jump on other teams or fall behind more than anticipated. Cangaroes started off with a win over BC APOLLO2 on Friday night winning 86-68 on the road then won at home over the Red Giants 68-57. BC APOLLO2 was able to bounce back from their Friday game to win over Almonte at home 81-65 and stay at in good standings for the back to back games. In other games, Binnenland won over Almere 65-60 while De Hoppers cruised to a 93-81 victory over MSV/Zeemacht. De Groene Uilen and Tom Schonewille (190-G/F-88) keeps on rolling as they won on the road 69-53 over Z&Z2 to remain undefeated. The Orca's are another team that is making head way early as they won at home over Punch 80-71 and Rotterdam2 stole a victory over UBALL 59-53 to end week five. The standings remain the same as Orca's and Groene Uilen stay undefeated and the rest of the field is beginning to separate. Stay tuned for the upcoming week.

Rotterdam Challengers (Eredivisie) re-signed 17-year old forward Naigel Onuoha (198-99). He played there last season. Despite young age Onuoha had impressive career. He received Eurobasket.com All-European Championships U16 Division B Honorable Mention award in 2014.
