Leeuwarden (#6) forced the game against M.Magixx (#4) into an overtime, but lost by six points 90-96 on Saturday night. The game took place in Leeuwarden. But the guests from Nijmegen were better at the end. The best player for the winners was Kyle Spain who scored 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. M.Magixx (4-2) moved-up to third place, which they share with Groningen and Zwolle. Leeuwarden at the other side dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. M.Magixx will face league's second-placed Leiden at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Leeuwarden will play against Weert (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There was no surprise when 9th ranked Weert (1-5) was defeated on the road by third ranked Leiden (5-1) 76-64 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Leiden. No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Zwolle (4-2) smashed on the road 8th ranked Rotterdam (1-5) 86-67 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Zwolle. Rotterdam was better in second period 20-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game.
