There were just 6 rounds played in Regular Season of Eredivisie and we can clearly see which teams will fight for top positions and which will try to avoid bottom places.

An interesting game for Leiden (6-1) which played road game in Nijmegen against 3rd ranked M.Magixx (4-3). Second ranked Leiden managed to get a 4-point victory 85-81. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of M.Magixx. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But M.Magixx won third quarter 21-17. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Leiden made 29-of-34 free shots (85.3 percent) during the game. 26 personal fouls committed by M.Magixx helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for international guard Arvin Slagter (191-85, agency: Court Side) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 8 rebounds. The former international power forward Patrick Hilliman (206-82, college: High Point, agency: R.H.Consultancy) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American forward Kyle Spain (196-87, college: San Diego St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds for M.Magixx. Leiden have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 6-1 record behind leader Den Bosch. M.Magixx at the other side dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. Leiden are looking forward to face Leeuwarden (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. M.Magixx will play against Rotterdam and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
Eredivisie top team - Den Bosch (7-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed ninth ranked Rotterdam (1-6) 111-64. American players dominated the game. Guard Dejuan Wright (190-88, college: FIU, agency: Court Side) scored 21 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Wil Carter chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Anthony Miles (182-89, college: Lamar) with 13 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Den Bosch have an impressive seven-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 7-0 record. Rotterdam lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with six games lost. Den Bosch will play against Weert (#7) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Rotterdam will play against M.Magixx in Nijmegen to get more than just one victory in their record.
Eredivisie top team - Den Bosch (7-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Amsterdam (0-6) 82-63. Stefan Wessels notched 17 points and 5 steals to lead the effort. Even 22 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by Aaron Roye did not help to save the game for Amsterdam. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Undefeated Den Bosch have an impressive seven-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 7-0 record. Loser Amsterdam still closes the standings with six games lost. Den Bosch will meet at home Weert (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Amsterdam will play against Den Helder K. and hopes to get finally their first victory.
