27-year old guard Matt Bauscher (188-G-85) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Den Bosch and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had the game-high 20 points adding six rebounds and nine assists for Den Bosch in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Rotterdam (#10, 1-10) with 49-point margin 95-46. Den Bosch maintains the 2nd position in Dutch league. They are still close to the very top. Den Bosch would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 9-2 record. In the team's last game Bauscher had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Boise State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Bauscher is in league's top in assists (5th best: 4.6apg) and averages solid 2.3spg and 61.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Kelvin Martin (195-F-89) of M.Magixx. He is American forward in his first season at M.Magixx. In the last game Martin recorded impressive double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he lead M.Magixx to another comfortable win 92-77 over the lower-ranked Amsterdam (#9, 1-10) being unquestionably team leader. M.Magixx's 5th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 7-4 record is not bad and everything may still change. Martin is a newcomer at M.Magixx and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.1ppg (#9). He also registered 5.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Darryl Webb (198-F-88, agency: Pro One Sports) of Zwolle (#4). Webb scored 18 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Zwolle, leading his team to a 89-65 easy win against the lower-ranked Weert (#8, 3-8). Zwolle needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 7 victories and 4 lost games. Webb has a great season in Holland. After 11 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 15.5ppg (8th best) and rebounds with 10.4rpg (#1 in league).

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)

The Regular Season in Prom.Divisie just started. The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of CobraNova (0-1) in Leidschendam on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Grasshoppers (1-0) 91-80. Grasshoppers is looking forward to face Red Giants (#13) in Meppel in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Charles Mitchell (ex Den Bosch) agreed terms with Prostejov - 4 days ago
BK Olomoucko Prostejov (NBL) strengthened their roster with addition of American forward Charles Mitchell (203-122kg, college: Georgia Tech). He played most recently at New Heroes Basketball Den Bosch in Dutch Eredivisie. In 26 games he recorded 12.5ppg, 10.3rpg (#2 in the league) and 1.6apg last season. ZZ Leiden - Basketball Academie Limburg 67:62 ZZ Leiden overcame BA Limburg in the pre-season Contern tournament.
