17-year old Isabella Slim (181-SF-95) put on an amazing game in the last round for CTO and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 7. She had a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, while her team outclassed Den Helder (#4, 3-4) with 34-point margin 93-59. CTO maintains the 5th position in Dutch Eredivisie. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 5 games and recorded just two victories. Slim has many years of experience at CTO, through which he has constantly improved. Slim has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (9th best: 12.8ppg), rebounds (8th best: 6.8rpg) and averages solid 2.4spg.
Second best performed player last round was Addie Micir (182-G-88) of top-ranked Binnenland. She is American guard in her first season at Binnenland. In the last game Micir recorded impressive 26 points and 2 rebounds. Of course Binnenland cruised to a 73-66 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked ProBuild Lions (#2, 6-2). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Binnenland consolidated its place in the very top position of the standings. Her team lost just one game this season, while they won 7 matches. Micir is a newcomer at Binnenland and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to swingman Anouk Biesters (182-G/F-86) of Lekdetec.nl (#6). Biesters showcased her all-around game by recording 19 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in the last round. Despite Biesters' great performance Lekdetec.nl lost 73-100 to the higher-ranked Binnenland (#1, 7-1). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. Lekdetec.nl can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have extremely bad season and 1-6 record places them at the very bottom of the standings. Too bad for Biesters she does not play for a better team. But maybe if she did, her season stats would not be that high. Biesters has individually a great season in Holland. After only 7 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.6ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 6.6rpg (9th best).

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc. The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy. The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
