Coincidentally all hosts won their games.

There was a change at the Eredivisie leadership position after last games. Round 15 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Den Bosch (14-3). They were defeated by sixth ranked Den Helder K. (10-7) 79-64 on Saturday night. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Den Bosch. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they stormed back winning two of next three quarters and won the game by 15 points. Den Helder K. dominated on the defensive end, holding Den Bosch to just 7 points in second quarter. They made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for American forward Storm Warren (200-F-88, college: LSU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. International center Jeroen van der List (213-89, college: Indian Hills CC, agency: Court Side) helped adding 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Den Helder K.'s coach Jean-Marc Jaumin used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American forward Wil Carter (203-88, college: San Jose St.) with 9 points and 10 rebounds. Den Helder K. have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place. Defending champion Den Bosch still keeps top position with three games lost. They were joined at the leadership position by Leiden who have the same record. Den Bosch will play next round against strong M.Magixx trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Den Helder K. will try to continue on its current victory against fourth ranked Groningen in Groningen.

American guard Robert Holcomb Faye (185-84, college: Radford) came up with 20 points and 6 assists for Leeuwarden in the defeat. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Den Bosch. Leeuwarden at the other side keeps the sixth place with eight games lost. They share the position with Zwolle. Leeuwarden will play next round against Zwolle trying to get back on the winning streak. Leiden will try to continue on its current victory against eighth ranked Weert on the road.
Seventh ranked Zwolle (9-8) beat at home 9th ranked Amsterdam (1-16) by 15 points 79-64, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. The best player for the winners was Zack Novak who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Aaron Roye who recorded 17 points and 4 steals. Zwolle moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Leeuwarden. Amsterdam lost their eighth game in a row. They dropped to the bottom position with 16 games lost. Zwolle will meet Leeuwarden (#7) on the road in the next round. Amsterdam will play against Rotterdam and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 15 Weert lost to M.Magixx on the opponent's court 66-75.

M.Magixx - Weert 75-66

Very expected game in Nijmegen where 8th ranked Weert (5-12) was defeated by third ranked M.Magixx (11-6) 75-66 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 9 points. The best player for the winners was the former international power forward Nick Oudendag (210-87) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds. American forward Kyle Spain (196-87, college: San Diego St.) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Rahmon Fletcher (177-88, college: Green Bay, agency: Court Side) who recorded 24 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import center Antwan Carter (198, college: Longwood, agency: Court Side) added 14 points and 7 rebounds respectively. M.Magixx maintains third place with 11-6 record having just three points less than leader Leiden. Loser Weert keeps the eighth position with 12 games lost. M.Magixx will meet league's second-placed Den Bosch on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Weert will play against the league's leader Leiden (#1) and hope to secure a win.

Zwolle - Amsterdam 79-64

Seventh ranked Zwolle (9-8) beat at home 9th ranked Amsterdam (1-16) by 15 points 79-64, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. The game was mostly controlled by Zwolle. Amsterdam managed to win fourth quarter 17-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Amsterdam 50-31 including a 39-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Zack Novak (193-90, college: Michigan, agency: Priority Sports) who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Tanner Smith (195-90, college: Clemson, agency: Priority Sports) chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international guard Aaron Roye (185-88) who recorded 17 points and 4 steals and forward Jesse Markusse (195-92) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Zwolle moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Leeuwarden. Amsterdam lost their eighth game in a row. They dropped to the bottom position with 16 games lost.
