Former international Nick Oudendag (210-C/F-87) had a very impressive game in the last round for M.Magixx, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 23 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Weert (#8, 5-12) 75-66. M.Magixx maintains the 3rd position in Dutch Eredivisie. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. M.Magixx will need more victories to improve their 11-6 record. In the team's last game Oudendag had a remarkable 52.9% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Nick Oudendag averages this season 11.3ppg and 5.4rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 23-year old international center Jeroen van der List (213-C-89, agency: Court Side) of Den Helder K.. van der List had a very good evening with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Of course he lead Den Helder K. to another comfortable win 79-64 over the higher-ranked Den Bosch (#2, 14-3) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Den Helder K. to move up to 5th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 10-7 record is not bad and everything may still change. van der List is a newcomer at Den Helder K., but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Rahmon Fletcher (177-PG-88, agency: Court Side) of Weert (#8). Fletcher scored 24 points and grabbed five rebounds. Despite Fletcher's great performance Weert lost 66-75 to the higher-ranked M.Magixx (#3, 11-6). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Weert can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 5-12 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Too bad for Fletcher he does not play for a better team. But maybe if he did, his season stats would not be that high. Fletcher has individually a great season in Holland. After 16 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 4.1apg (9th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Worthy de Jong (194-SG-88) of Leiden - 20 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists
5. Kelvin Martin (195-F-89) of M.Magixx - 16 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists
6. Storm Warren (200-F-88) of Den Helder K. - 16 points and 13 rebounds
7. Robert Holcomb Faye (185-G-84) of Leeuwarden - 20 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists
8. Stefan Wessels (203-F-84) of Den Bosch - 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists
9. Antwan Carter (198-C) of Weert - 14 points and 7 rebounds
10. Mark Hill (180-G-87) of Den Helder K. - 21 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
