With the Holidays just around the corner, teams are trying to give themselves an early Christmas present and some confidence going into 2013. So far the season has been great for some teams while others are having some problems finding team chemistry. One team that has no problem with team chemistry are Jesper Jobse (203-C/F-84) and the Orca's of Urk. In their first season back in the league they are currently in first place cruising to a 91-67 win over Z&Z2. De Groene Uilen won over Rotterdam2 70-63 while Almere won over the Cangaroes 71-64. Binnenland tamed Punch 72-57 while MSV got a key win over BC APOLLO2 89-75. The Red Giants edged Almonte 86-85 and De Hoppers won over UBALL 73-64 to end round 12. From Everyone from Eurobasket Holland we would like to say happy holidays and see you in 2013!!!

30-year old center Nick Oudendag (210-C-87) put on an amazing game in the last round for Den Bosch and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 2. He had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Weert (#9, 0-2) with 18-point margin 81-63. There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in Eredivisie. First defeat ofAmsterdam (1-1) against Groningen (1-1) 88-55 was the most important game of the last round. The game without a history. Groningen led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game.
