The game between Top Four teams took place in Groningen. Second ranked host De Groene (10-2) defeated one of their biggest challengers Cangeroes (8-5) 65-49. De Groene have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 10-2 record behind leader Orca's Urk. Cangeroes lost third consecutive game. They keep the third place with five games lost. De Groene are looking forward to face Punch (#13) in Delft in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Cangeroes will play at home against De Hoppers (#5) in Hoom and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Barendrecht was also worth to mention about. 6th ranked Almonte (6-6) played at the court of eighth ranked Binnenland (6-5). Binnenland defeated Almonte 72-60. Binnenland moved-up to sixth place. Almonte at the other side dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. They share it with MSV/Zeemacht. Binnenland will play against BC Apollo 2 (#11) in Amsterdam in the next round where they are favorite. Almonte will play at home against Rotterdam 2 (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very close game took place in Hoom between Almere P. and De Hoppers. Twelfth ranked Almere P. (4-9) got a very close victory on the road over higher ranked De Hoppers (7-5). Almere P. managed to escape with a 1-point win 77-76 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of De Hoppers. Newly promoted Almere P. maintains twelfth position with 4-9 record. Loser De Hoppers keep the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with Red Giants. Almere P. will meet at home higher ranked Leiden 2 (#10) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. De Hoppers will play against Cangeroes (#3) and will have a slim chance for a victory.

In the last two games of round 14 Punch lost to Rotterdam 2 on the opponent's court 51-67. Red Giants managed to outperform BC Apollo 2 in a home game 90-72.


Leiden 2 - UBALL 99-56

Tenth ranked Leiden 2 (6-7) crushed at home 14th ranked UBALL (3-10) by 43 points 99-56, which is the biggest margin this round. Leiden 2 moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Rotterdam 2. Newly promoted UBALL stay at the bottom position with ten games lost. Leiden 2's next round opponent will be Almere P. (#12) on the road. UBALL will play against MSV/Zeemacht.

Rotterdam 2 - Punch 67-51

Very expected game when 13th ranked Punch (3-10) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Rotterdam 2 (6-7) 67-51. Rotterdam 2 maintains ninth position with 6-7 record, which they share with Leiden 2. Punch lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth place with ten games lost. Rotterdam 2's next round opponent will be higher ranked Almonte (#7) in Eindhoven and it may be quite challenging game. Punch will play at home against the league's second-placed De Groene (#2) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
