An interesting game for Orca's Urk (12-1) which hosted in Orca's Urk 4th placed Red Giants (7-6). First ranked Orca's Urk managed to get a 4-point victory 78-74. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Red Giants. Orca's Urk have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Newly promoted Orca's Urk maintains first place with 12-1 record. Red Giants at the other side dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with De Hoppers and MSV/Zeemacht. Orca's Urk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Red Giants will play at home against BC Apollo 2 (#11) in Amsterdam and are hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
Important game to mention about took place in Eindhoven. Ninth ranked Rotterdam 2 (7-7) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 7th ranked Almonte (6-7) 73-71 on Saturday evening. Rotterdam 2 moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Leiden 2. Almonte lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost. Rotterdam 2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Almonte will play on the road against Orca's Urk where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
The game between third ranked Cangeroes (9-5) and 5th ranked De Hoppers (7-6) in Utrecht on Sunday ended with biggest points difference. Cangeroes outscored guests from Hoom 83-44. Cangeroes maintains third place with 9-5 record having just two points less than leader Orca's Urk. Loser De Hoppers keep the fifth position with six games lost. They share it with Red Giants and MSV/Zeemacht. Cangeroes will meet Leiden 2 (#9) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. De Hoppers will play against the league's second-placed De Groene (#2) in Groningen and hope to secure a win.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 15: Leiden 2 beat Almere P. on the road 78-71. BC Apollo 2 lost to Binnenland on its own court 71-77. MSV/Zeemacht managed to outperform UBALL in a road game 80-76. Punch recorded a loss to De Groene at home 55-64.
