We bring you last week's top performances from Dutchs who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is former international power forward Kourtney Treffers (186-94, currently plays in Italy). She was the major contributor in Min.Battipaglia's victory against the 13th-ranked Siena (0-15) crushing them 88-44 in the Italian A2 (12th division) in Saturday night's game. Treffers had a double-double by scoring 15 points and getting 13 rebounds in 29 minutes on the court. Minibasket Battipaglia (9-5) is placed fifth in South group. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Treffers' first season with the team. She has individually a very good year with high stats. Treffers averages: 15.5ppg, 9.4rpg, 1.8spg, 2FGP: 51.6%, 3FGP: 33.3% and FT: 58.3% in the 14 games she played so far. She played for the Dutch senior national team two years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to an international power forward Fieke Ligthart (184-90, currently plays in Germany). Ligthart led SV Halle Lions to a victory against the league leader Don Bosco Bamberg 72-67 in the German DBBL last Saturday. She recorded 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. SV Halle Lions (10-3) is placed second in the DBBL. It was her team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. Ligthart has relatively good stats this season: 14.5ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 61.9%(13-21) and FT: 75.0%. She is in the roster of the Dutch senior national team.

   #3. The Dutch player who performed third best last week abroad was an international guard Tanya Broering (178-84, currently plays in Spain). Broering contributed to Conquero's victory against the closely-ranked Jopisa Burgos (5-7) 63-51 in the Spanish LFB on Saturday night. She recorded 10 points and added 5 assists in 33 minutes. Toyota Recreativo Conquero Huelva (4-9) is placed second from the bottom (#10) in the LFB. This year Broering's overall stats are: 8.4ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.9apg, 2.1spg, 2FGP: 49.2%, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 75.0% in the 11 games. Basketball player is also a member of the Dutch senior national team.

   #4. Forward Sharon Beld (184-88, currently plays in Germany) led Oberhausen to a victory over the closely-ranked Osnabruck (7-6) 68-52 in the German DBBL in Sunday night's game. She was MVP of the game. Beld recorded 16 points and added 3 assists. evo New Basket Oberhausen (4-9) is placed tenth in the DBBL. This season Beld has relatively solid stats: 11.8ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.4apg and 1.1spg. She used to play for the Dutch national team back in 2011.

   #5. International guard Francis Donders (170-89, currently plays in Germany) faced previously mentioned Sharon Beld in the German DBBL last game. Donders, who plays in the German DBBL could not help Osnabruck (7-6) to beat Oberhausen (4-9). She did not have that impressive stats last Sunday. Donders recorded only 2 points in 6 minutes on the court. Osnabruck was badly defeated 68-52 at home by the lower-ranked (#10) Oberhausen. This year Donders' total stats are: 3.0ppg and 1.3rpg in the four games. She plays currently for the Dutch national team.

This is still too early stage of the Regular Season in Eredivisie and we should expect many changes in upcoming rounds. Binnenland (2-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed Royal Eagles (0-2) in Apeldoorn 90-54. Binnenland made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game, while Royal Eagles only scored three points from the stripe. Loon Lions clinch SuperCup title - 13 days ago

Loon Lions - Lekdetec 64:61 Loon Lions claimed the sixth SuperCup title in the teams history. They prevailed against Lekdetec for the first trophy of the season. Epiphany Etienne (177-F/G-99) scored 13 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. She was named the MVP. The teams were neck and neck throughout the first term. They were tied at 20 after ten minutes.
