Dejan Kravic
Serbian-Canadian Forward Dejan Kravic (211-F-90) had a very impressive game in the last round for Den Bosch, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 24 points and 11 rebounds, while his team beat Leeuwarden (#5, 6-9) 76-66. Den Bosch maintains the 3rd position in Dutch Eredivisie. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Den Bosch will need more victories to improve their 9-5 record. Kravic turned to be Den Bosch's top player in his first season with the team. Former Texas Tech University star has very solid stats this year. Kravic is in league's top in points (3rd best: 15.8ppg) and averages impressive 1.6bpg and 56.6% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 28-year old Canadian Ross Bekkering (203-F/C-87) of Groningen. Bekkering had a very good evening with a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he led Groningen to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked Rotterdam (#6, 5-9) 87-66. Groningen's 4th position in the standings has not changed. His team's 9-5 record is not bad at all. Bekkering is one of the most experienced players at Groningen and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Grant Gibbs (196-G-89) of league's top team Zwolle. Gibbs scored 17 points and grabbed five rebounds. He was a key player of Zwolle, leading his team to a 91-46 easy win against the lower-ranked Weert (#8, 1-14). Zwolle confirms their top position in the standings. Gibbs has a great season in Holland. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 13.7ppg (8th best) and assists with 4.4apg (4th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Lance Jeter (190-PG-88) of Groningen - 18 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists
5. Lucas Steijn (211-C-86) of Rotterdam - 9 points and 15 rebounds
6. Floris Versteegh (206-F/C-94) of Leiden - 18 points and 3 rebounds
7. Jason Dourisseau (196-F/G-83) of Groningen - 13 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists
8. Jessey Voorn (197-SG-90) of Zwolle - 13 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists
9. Thomas Koenis (210-C-89) of Leiden - 9 points and 12 rebounds
10. Mohamed Kherrazi (200-F-90) of Leiden - 8 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
