ASE: the management of the champion published that Hungarian players Zalan Meszaros (190-G-74) and Robert Gulyas (213-C-74) signed their contracts for the next season. American guard Michael English (194-F/G-82, college: UMKC) will be also back to the team as he could agree with the club!
Kormend: after losing Hungarian NT guard, Marton Fodor the management was quiet for 2-3 weeks, but some days ago just published, that Balazs Sabali will be the head coach of the team again! He left his hometown two years ago and worked for ASE and Enternet until May 2009. His assistant will be Tamas Hencsey, who spent also the last season with the club. Gergely Fodor (193-G-77, agency: Globalsports/Globalevents), Rudolf Trummer (196-F-78, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services), Csaba Ferencz (194-G-85, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) and Tamas Kocsis (189-G-85, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) decided to stay in their home town and agreed to sign a one year deal with the club. Gergely Kutasi, also a domestic player decided to return to his hometown and signed a contract with the club. Gergely Toth (206-F-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services)oth and Gergely Hegedus (198-F-83) have valid contracts also for the next season.
Dombovar: the management could keep Attila Deak, Laszlo Balogh, Zsolt Klir and Balazs Szoke. Istvan Panta (203-C/F-78) got a free agent and had not to wait to long to sign a new contract as the team of his hometown gave him real quick an offer which he decided to take. Ferenc Csirke (183-G-76, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services) should be the back up point guard of the team, who just decided to move from Kaposvar to the big rival.
Univer KSE: as we published two weeks ago, the rumors got to truth. Coach Ivkovic could take some of his players from Pecs to Kecskemet, Krisztian Wittmann (185-G-85, agency: FCM), Gabor Denes, Zoltan Bencze and Norbert Toth decided to go with him. Milan Csorvasi (209-F/C-88, agency: FCM), who was loaned to Sopron in the last season will be also back to the club. The management signed the first foreigner for the next season: Kestutis Marciulionis (188-G-76, agency: Laszlo Vinko Services, college: Delaware) agreed the offer of the club and will be back to Hungary for one more season!

Srecko Sekulovic is set to be appointed as the new Head Coach of Albacomp. The coach who is familiar with Hungarian basketball is glad to be handed a new challenge. He has already worked with BC Falco, leading them to the title in 2008. Recently Sekulovic stated that he may look for a fresh challenge and Albacomp Management was quick in reaction. He has already worked with BC Falco, leading them to the title in 2008. Recently Sekulovic stated that he may look for a fresh challenge and Albacomp Management was quick in reaction. Sekulovic will replace Akos Peresztegi Nagy who left the team after the season. Albacom finished 3rd in the regular season and they were eliminated in the Playoffs by Sekulic's Falco 3 games to 1. Albacom is looking to overhaul their roster in an attempt to mount a serious title challenge next year and they have identified Sekulovic as a right man for the job. Srecko Sekulovic started his coaching career with Spartak Subotica in 1999. That same season he managed to promote Spartak to 1st Serbian League after winning 1B League. Following season, Sekulovic moved to Hungary where he signed for Falco but was fired after season and a half. In 2002, Sekulovic signed with Ergonom who was in 1B league and again managed to promote them to 1st League. After two year in Nis, Sekulovic moved to Atlas Banka Novi Beograd in 2005, and in December of same year he moved to KK Swisslion Takovo Lions Vrsac. In December 2006, Sekulovic returned to Falco for second stint with the team and was more successful this time. He led Falco to two Hungarian League Semifinals in 2007 and 2009. He was also chosen as Head Coach at the Hungarian League All-Star Game in 2008.
