Siroki WWin claimed the fourth win in the Adriatic League season. They shot down Szolnok to catch up with the Hungarian team at 4-11 record in the ladder. Marko Sutalo (193-G-83, agency: BeoExcell) came up with 15 points to pace the winners.
Siroki jumped to a narrow 21:19 lead after ten minutes. Szolnok however erased the deficit in the second frame. The hosts pulled ahead for a 37:34 halftime lead. Siroki WWin turned things their way in the third term. The Bosnian team held the hosts to 10 points and spurred in front for a 56:47 advantage at the final intermission. Ernests Kalve (200-F-87) dragged the hosts within four points late in regulation however Marko Sutalo sank two free throws to seal the win for the visitors. Rashaun Freeman (206-C/F-84, college: Massachusetts) and Johnathon Jones (183-PG-88, agency: TSS Management, college: Oakland) delivered 12 points each for Siroki WWin. Ernests Kalve answered with 17 points for Szolnok. Akos Horvath (193-SG-81) had 11 points in the loss.

Andras Weisz agreed terms with MTK Torokbalint - 2 days ago
MTK Torokbalint (NB I. B) strengthened their roster with addition of 19-year old guard Andras Weisz (182-98). The last time (12-15) he played at the junior team of Bp. Honved in Hungarian NB I. B. Weisz has played there for the last three years. Weisz missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball. Zalakeramia-ZTE KK (A Division) strengthened their roster with addition of 23-year old American forward Maurice Jeffers (206-109kg-94). He just graduated from Boston College (NCAA). In 32 games he recorded 5.5ppg and 5.6rpg last season. As mentioned above Jeffers is just out of the college and it will be his first season in pro basketball. Germany - Hungary 67-65 Germany beat Hungary 67-65 to finish second in Kazan. Germany needed a narrow with to finish with a 2-1 record, while Hungary lost all three games. Germany pulled a 20-19 lead in the start, while Hungary grabbed a 1-point lead at the halftime. The latter ensured 4 points advantage with 10 minutes to go as they won the third period 19-16.
