Rastko
Dramicanin
Serbian center Rastko Dramicanin (207-C-86, agency: BeoExcell) had a very impressive game in the last round for Jaszberenyi, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15.
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while his team crushed FS Debrecen (#12, 1-14) with 21-point margin 79-58. Jaszberenyi is placed at 7th position in Hungarian A Division. Jaszberenyi is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 7-8 record. In the team's last game Dramicanin had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Jaszberenyi and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Rastko Dramicanin has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (7th best: 20.1ppg) and averages impressive 58.1% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was 24-year old American Alex Legion (195-G-88, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) of PVSK Pannon. Legion had a very good evening with a double-double of 29 points and 10 rebounds. It was enough for PVSK Pannon to edge Falco-Szova (8-7) 95-94. This victory allowed PVSK Pannon to move up to 5th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 8-7 record is not bad and everything may still change. Legion is a newcomer at PVSK Pannon, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 21.3ppg (#3). He also registered 5.5 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was Slovenian forward Zeljko Zagorac (204-F-81) of Falco-Szova (#6). Zagorac scored 23 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). Despite Zagorac's great performance Falco-Szova lost 94-95 to PVSK Pannon (8-7). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Falco-Szova needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 8 victories and 7 lost games. The season just started for Zagorac as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Bennet Davis (206-F-84) of Marso NYKK - 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists
5. Kevin Smith (195-F-89) of FS Debrecen - 22 points and 8 rebounds
6. Roland Hendlein (203-PF-86) of Kaposvari - 14 points and 11 rebounds
7. Nebojsa Dukic (206-C/F-85) of Szedeak - 25 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists
8. Anthony Gurley (190-G-88) of Szedeak - 24 points and 6 rebounds
9. Damian Hollis (203-F-88) of Albacomp - 20 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists
10. Milan Csorvasi (209-F/C-88) of Szedeak - 17 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
