Akos Keller
The round 16 was rather boring as all games ended with very predictable results.

Leader Albacomp delivered the fourteenth win on Saturday night. This time they beat 10th ranked Kormend (5-10) 104-93. The guests trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 104-93. Albacomp outrebounded Kormend 40-25 including 16 on the offensive glass. International power forward Akos Keller (208-89, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. International forward Zsolt Szabo (202-86, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Kyle Austin (203-88, college: Cal-Riverside) produced 30 points for lost side. Albacomp maintains first position with 14-3 record. Kormend at the other side keeps the tenth place with ten games lost. Albacomp will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kormend will play on the road against Falco-Szova (#7) in Szombathely and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Sopron. Local Soproni (10-5) outscored 12th ranked FS Debrecen (1-15) 88-62. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Calvin Watson (197-85, college: N.Texas, agency: Court Side) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his seven free throws). Dontay Thomas contributed with 20 points for the winners. Forward Georgy Cseh (208-87) replied with 21 points and 6 rebounds for FS Debrecen. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Soproni maintains fourth position with 10-5 record. FS Debrecen lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth place with 15 games lost. Soproni will play against higher ranked Atomeromu (#3) in Paks in the next round and it may be the game of the week. FS Debrecen will play at home against ZTE KK (#8) in Zalaegerszeg to get more than just one victory in their record.

Rest of the games of round 16 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:

Atomeromu - Falco-Szova 85-65

No shocking result in a game in Paks where third ranked Atomeromu (11-5) smashed 6th ranked Falco-Szova (8-8) 85-65. The game without a history. Rather expected game when 5th ranked PVSK Pannon (8-8) was defeated on the road by second ranked Kaposvari (12-4) 82-74. Jaszberenyi - Szedeak 84-78

Rather predictable result when seventh ranked Jaszberenyi (8-8) beat at home 11th ranked Szedeak (5-11) 84-78. However just six-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory.
