We bring you last week's top performances from Hungarians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.
#1. This week's number one is an international guard Katalin Honti (177-87, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Spain. She could not help Rivas Ecopolis (6-5) to beat Wisla Can-Pak (6-5).
Honti recorded 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 29 minutes on the court.
The fourth-placed Rivas Ecopolis lost 66-74 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Wisla Can-Pak in the group A of Euroleague.
Her team will play only one more game in the Euroleague Regular Season. And that game will be critical.
This year Honti averages: 5.4ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.0apg, 2FGP: 39.5%, 3FGP: 21.1% and FT: 86.7% in the 11 games she played so far.
She is currently a member of the Hungarian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international center Dora Horti (193-87, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group, currently plays in Poland). Horti was the major contributor in a Wisla Can-Pak's victory against one of league's weakest teams Widzew (1-14) crushing them 85-48 in the Polish PLKK last Saturday.
She recorded 12 points (made all of her six free throws).
TS Wisla Can-Pack Krakow (12-3) is placed third in the PLKK.
There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial.
Horti has relatively good stats this season: 10.2ppg, 5.6rpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 59.1%(52-88) and FT: 71.0%.
She is in the roster of the Hungarian senior national team.
#3. The Hungarian player who performed third best last week abroad was an experienced former international center Judit Kajdacsi (192-79, also represented by Laszlo Vinko Group, currently plays in Romania). Kajdacsi contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Oradea (0-16) crushing them 103-60 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Wednesday night.
She had a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 17 rebounds. Kajdacsi also added and 3 steals in 24 minutes.
BC Sepsi SIC Sfantu Gheorghe (12-5) is placed fifth in the Liga Nationala.
It's Kajdacsi's first season with the team.
Kajdacsi is currently seventh on the list of best rebounders with 8.7rpg.
This year her other stats are: 9.6ppg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 53.6%, 3FGP: 19.2% and FT: 59.3% in the 14 games.
Kajdacsi played for the Hungarian national team three years ago.
#4. Forward Hajnalka Szlimak (182-82, currently plays in Romania) managed to help CSM Satu Mare to win against the 11th-ranked Targu Mures (5-13) crushing them 90-42 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Wednesday night's game.
She scored 5 points and added 5 passes.
CSM Satu Mare (15-3) is placed third in the Liga Nationala.
It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row.
Szlimak's overall stats this season are: 5.1ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.2spg.
She used to play for the Hungarian national team
back in 2010.
#5. Former University international center Viktoria Vincze (189-87, currently plays in Germany) contributed to a Wildcats Wolfenbuettel's victory against the closely-ranked Heli Girls (9-5) 74-64 in the German DBBL last Saturday.
Vincze scored 8 points and added 3 passes in 19 minutes.
BC Wildcats Wolfenbuettel (10-4) is placed third in the DBBL.
It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row.
This year Vincze's overall stats are: 4.4ppg and 3.2rpg in the 10 games.
She used to play for the Hungarian university national team
four years ago.
#6. Forward Ildiko Szakacs (187-81, currently plays in Switzerland) led Ovronnaz-Martigny Basket to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Muraltese (6-10) 77-58 in the Swiss LNA on Saturday night.
Szakacs recorded 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.
Ovronnaz-Martigny Basket (11-5) is placed third in the LNA.
It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important.
This season Szakacs has relatively solid stats: 12.4ppg, 4.9rpg, 3.1apg and 1.6spg.
She is a former international player as she played for the Hungarian senior team eight years ago.
One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Hungarian passport:
#1.Andrea Hajdune Csaszar (200-C-82, agency: Josep and Nicolas, college: Kent St., currently plays in Switzerland) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Bellinzona (2-14) crushing them 86-58 in the Swiss LNA in Saturday night's game.
Hajdune Csaszar recorded 6 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in 31 minutes.
Helios VS Basket (16-0) is placed first in the LNA.
So far her team won all sixteen games in the Regular Season.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This year Hajdune Csaszar's total stats are: 8.3ppg, 8.3rpg, 2.6apg, 1.3bpg and 1.5spg in the 10 games she played so far.
Diana Furesz (174-G-84, agency: Interperformances) stays with PTE-PEAC for the next season. The Hungarian Guard will enter her second season with the team.

Diana Furesz (174-G-84, agency: Interperformances) stays with PTE-PEAC for the next season. The Hungarian Guard will enter her second season with the team. In 2012-2013 for PTE-PEAC (A Division, starting five) Diana Furesz averaged 9.5ppg, 3.7rpg, 3.1apg, Steals-5 (2.3spg), FGP: 30.9%, 3PT: 30.5%, FT: 80.4%. In Adriatic League her stats read 7.8ppg, 4.1rpg, 3.1apg, 2.1spg, FGP: 43.1%, 3PT: 17.0%, FT-1 (91.3%). The former national team player combo guard played the previous two seasons in Sopron. She played in Euroleague, won championship and Hungarian cup. Diana Furesz averaged 9.2 points and 2.9 assists per game in Hungarian league and was starter guard of Sopron. Diana Furesz was a member of the Hungarian National Team -08-11. At the Qualifications to European Championships 2009 -08 she showed 5.1ppg, 2.7rpg, 1.0spg, FGP: 44.4%, 3PT: 46.7%, FT: 63.6%.
Botas made a big market move. They agreed on terms of contract with Hungarian international Anna Vadja (191-F/C-84, agency: Josep and Nicolas). The centre started the last season with Samsun Basketbol. She posted 10.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game in TKBL. Later in the season Anna Vadja moved to Spain. The centre started the last season with Samsun Basketbol. She posted 10.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game in TKBL. Later in the season Anna Vadja moved to Spain. She inked a deal with Rivas Ecopolis. Her stats read 7.3 points and 3.5 rebounds per game in LFB. In EuroLeague Anna Vadja posted 7.7 points, 7.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per appearance. The centre has been the member of the Hungarian National Team since 2003. She posted 6.1 points, 6.5 boards and 1.6 assists per game at the 2013 EuroBasket Qualifying Round.
