Anna Vadja
Anna Vadja
#3. The Hungarian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Anna Vadja (191-84, agency: Josep and Nicolas, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TKBL. Vadja could not help Samsun in their last game. Despite her very good performance Samsun was edged 73-72 at home by the one of league's weakest teams (#13) Besiktas. Vadja had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 11 rebounds. She also added 4 assists and 3 steals in 34 minutes. It's Vadja's first season with the team. Vadja has relatively good stats this year: 10.8ppg, 7.6rpg, 1.9apg, 2FGP: 40.9%, 3FGP: 43.3% and FT: 64.7% in the 14 games. She is also a member of the Hungarian senior national team.
