25-year old forward Robert Diggs (203-F-87) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Thor Thorl and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 3. He had a double-double of 25 points and 17 rebounds, while his team beat Grindavik (2-1) 92-83. Thor Thorl is placed at 3rd position in Icelandic league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Thor Thorl will need more victories to improve their 2-1 record. Diggs turned to be Thor Thorl's top player in his first season with the team. The George Washington University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Diggs is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 12.3rpg) and averages solid 3.0bpg.
Second best performed player last round was Darrel Lewis (192-G-76, agency: Two Points) of Keflavik. He is naturalized American guard in his first season at Keflavik. In the last game Lewis recorded impressive 30 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Bad luck as Keflavik was edged by KR (2-1) 85-83. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Lewis is a newcomer at Keflavik and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to forward Haminn Quaintance (201-F-85, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices) of league's leader Skallagrimur. Quaintance showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, ten rebounds and five assists in the last round. He was a key player of Skallagrimur, leading his team to a 91-70 easy win against #2 ranked Fjolnir in a game of the week. Skallagrimur confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 1 lost games. Quaintance has a great season in Iceland. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 9.0rpg (7th best).

We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy. The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
