Tenth-ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (7-13) made lots of trouble for second ranked Beer Yaakov (16-4) on Tuesday. The visitors from Beer Yaakov managed to secure only six-point victory 105-99. However their fans expected much easier game. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was Jermaine Hall who had a double-double by scoring 31 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Beer Yaakov maintains second position with 16-4 record behind leader Hapoel T-A. Ironi Kiryat Ata lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with 13 games lost. Beer Yaakov will face league's leader Hapoel Tel-Aviv at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ironi Kiryat Ata will play against Hapoel Afula (#6).

In the last two games of round 20 Hapoel K/S was defeated by Ironi Nahariya in a road game 81-71. Ironi Nes-Ziona beat Hapoel Afula at home 85-68. Lev Hasharon lost to Elitzur Ramla on the opponent's court 82-84. Hod Hasharon managed to outperform Ironi Ramat Gan in a home game 89-82. Hapoel Y/M was rolled over Elitzur Yavne on the road 92-57. Hapoel T-A crushed Kiryat Tivon on its own court 86-66.
