Tenth-ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (7-13) made lots of trouble for second ranked Beer Yaakov (16-4) on Tuesday. The visitors from Beer Yaakov managed to secure only six-point victory 105-99. However their fans expected much easier game. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was Jermaine Hall who had a double-double by scoring 31 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Beer Yaakov maintains second position with 16-4 record behind leader Hapoel T-A. Ironi Kiryat Ata lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with 13 games lost. Beer Yaakov will face league's leader Hapoel Tel-Aviv at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ironi Kiryat Ata will play against Hapoel Afula (#6).

In the last two games of round 20 Hapoel K/S was defeated by Ironi Nahariya in a road game 81-71. Ironi Nes-Ziona beat Hapoel Afula at home 85-68. Lev Hasharon lost to Elitzur Ramla on the opponent's court 82-84. Hod Hasharon managed to outperform Ironi Ramat Gan in a home game 89-82. Hapoel Y/M was rolled over Elitzur Yavne on the road 92-57. Tenth-ranked Ironi Kiryat Ata (7-13) made lots of trouble for second ranked Beer Yaakov (16-4) on Tuesday. The visitors from Beer Yaakov managed to secure only six-point victory 105-99. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 27-11 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 15-9. Beer Yaakov looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Ironi Kiryat Ata was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was forward Jermaine Hall (196-80, college: Wagner) who had a double-double by scoring 31 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Nate Miller (193-87, college: Bowling Green) chipped in 29 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Tony Younger (200-80, college: Spring Hill, agency: Gross Zeev ISA) produced a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 13 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Lenny Daniel (201-87, college: CS Northridge) added 17 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Beer Yaakov maintains second position with 16-4 record behind leader Hapoel T-A. Ironi Kiryat Ata lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with 13 games lost. Beer Yaakov will face league's leader Hapoel Tel-Aviv at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ironi Kiryat Ata will play against Hapoel Afula (#6).
