It's still too early stage of the Regular Season in Winner League, but even now we can clearly see the differece between stronger teams and outsiders. There were many interesting games last round. The round ended with loss of the undefeated team, favorites losing the games and even winless team recording their first victory.

Undefeated Maccabi Rishon (3-1) recorded its first loss in Rishon Le-Zion on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by sixth ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv (3-1) 80-63. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Maccabi Rishon. The game was mostly controlled by Hapoel Tel-Aviv. Maccabi Rishon managed to win fourth quarter 26-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Maccabi Rishon to just 6 points in first quarter. Hapoel Tel-Aviv dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Maccabi Rishon's 42. The game was dominated by American players. point guard Demontez Stitt (186-89, college: Clemson) fired 19 points for the winners. Power forward Jeff Allen (201-87, college: Virginia Tech) chipped in 12 points and 9 rebounds. point guard Lazeric Jones (182-90, college: UCLA) produced 16 points and 5 assists for lost side. Hapoel Tel-Aviv have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Maccabi T-A and Maccabi Rishon. Hapoel Tel-Aviv is looking forward to face Maccabi Haifa (#8) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Maccabi Rishon will play against the league's leader GreenTops Netanya (#1) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another exciting game was between fifth ranked Maccabi T-A and 7th ranked Maccabi Haifa where Maccabi T-A (3-1) crushed Maccabi Haifa (2-2) on the road with 20-point difference 87-67. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Polish guard David Logan (185-82, college: Indianapolis) who helped to win the game recording 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Niklas Caner-Medley contributed with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Maccabi T-A's coach David Blatt allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
