We bring you last week's top performances from Israelis who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Yuval Naimy
Yuval Naimy
#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Yuval Naimy (188-85, currently plays in Eurocup). He contributed to an overtime Triumph Lyubertsy's victory against the closely-ranked Artland Dragons (1-2) 84-79 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. Naimy scored 8 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 22 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Triumph Lyubertsy (3-0) is placed first in the Eurocup. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. There are only three games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Naimy's first season with the team. He has relatively good stats this year: 10.3ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.3apg, 3FGP: 42.1% in the three games he played so far. Naimy is currently a member of the Israeli senior national team.

Alex Tyus
Alex Tyus
#2. Second place goes to an international center Alex Tyus (205-88, college: Florida, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Italy. He could not help Cantu (2-4) to beat Un.Olimpija (2-4). Tyus scored 9 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. But the sixth-placed Cantu was edged 81-79 on the road by the higher-ranked Un.Olimpija (#5) in the group A of Euroleague. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This season Tyus averages: 7.0ppg, 4.3rpg, 2FGP: 54.5% and FT: 54.5%. He is a naturalized American. Tyus is in the roster of the Israeli senior national team. He used to play for Maccabi Ashdod in Israeli league.

The Cleveland Cavaliers lost 95-103 in Dallas to the Mavericks. It was Cavaliers' sixth consecutive loss in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Casspi's overall stats are: 3.7ppg, 2.4rpg, 2FGP: 33.3%, 3FGP: 36.4% and FT: 66.7% in the seven games. He is also a member of the Israeli senior national team.

Despite Thomas' good performance Boras Basket was edged 109-107 on the road by the lower-ranked 08 Stockholm (#6). He recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds. This season Thomas has relatively solid stats: 10.4ppg, 7.3rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg. He is a naturalized American. Thomas used to play for Ironi Kfar Hamaccabia Ramat Gan in Israeli league.

Aud recorded 10 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists in 36 minutes. Finke Baskets Paderborn (5-5) is placed ninth in the ProA. But the season just started, so everything may happen.
