Here is the weekly review of the top performing Israeli players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Shay Doron (175-85, college: Maryland, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey. She could not help Tarsus Bld (1-8) in their last game. Despite Doron's good performance the seventh-placed Tarsus Bld was edged 66-63 on the road by the second-ranked Bourges in the group A of Euroleague. She scored 12 points and added 9 assists in 35 minutes on the court. It was Tarsus Bld's fourth consecutive loss in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Doron is ranked sixth on the list of the best passers in the league with 5.3apg. She also averaged so far 11.9ppg, 2.7rpg, 1.4spg, 3FGP: 36.4% and FT: 63.0% in the seven games she played so far. Ex-Elitzur Ramla player is currently a member of the Israeli senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international guard Liron Cohen (173-82, currently plays in Italy). Cohen contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Umbertide (7-4) crushing them 74-51 in the Italian A1 last Sunday. She recorded 6 points and added 4 assists. Goldbet Taranto (7-3) is placed fourth in the A1. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. Cohen has relatively good stats this season: 11.3ppg, 2.1rpg, 2.3apg, 1.1spg, 3FGP: 46.2%(24-52) and FT: 72.0%. She is in the roster of the Israeli senior national team.

   #3. The Israeli player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Ekaterina Abramzon (185-87, currently plays in Romania). Abramzon contributed to a Alba Iulia's victory against the eighth-ranked Craiova (7-8) 66-59 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Saturday night. She recorded 6 points and had 3 steals in 20 minutes. CSU Alba Iulia (11-4) is placed fourth in the Liga Nationala. It was her team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. This year Abramzon averages: 6.3ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.9apg, 1.6spg, 2FGP: 45.6%, 3FGP: 20.5% and FT: 70.4% in the 15 games. She has a dual citizenship: Russian and Israeli. Ex-Elizur Ramla player is also a member of the Israeli senior national team.

   #4. Power forward Eloisa Katz (182-91, currently plays in Canada), who plays in the Canadian university league CIS was not able to help the Bishop's University (5-2) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Katz's good performance the Bishop's University was defeated 66-55 in Montreal by the UQAM. She was the second best scorer with 11 points. Katz also added 7 rebounds. Katz's overall stats this season are: 4.1ppg and 2.9rpg. She is another player who holds two passports: Argentinian and Israeli. Katz used to play for the Israeli U20 national team back in 2011.

27-year old power forward Danielle Adams (185-F/C-89) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team Maccabi R.Gan and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 3. She had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while her team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Hap.Petah Tikva (#9, 0-3) with 39-point margin 95-56. There were just three rounds played in Regular Season of D1 and we can clearly see which teams will fight for top positions and which will try to avoid bottom places. The game between Ramat Hasharon (1-2) and Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion (1-1) was the most important one in the last round on Monday night.
