He graduated from Oregon, averaging 16.3 ppg in his senior year, he was drafted by Phoenix Suns (18th pick in the second round, 48th overall) and in his pro career played 53 NBA games with San Antonio Spurs.

Sutor Montegranaro agreed terms with Bobby Jones (201-F-84, college: Washington), who last season ended his first italian season with Tercas Teramo (11.2 ppg in 29 Serie A games with a season high of 27 points, 12 ppg in 8 Eurocup games with a high of 22 points). Jones played 90 NBA games with Philadelphia, Houston, San Antonio, Memphis, Miami and Denver scoring 288 points (3.2 ppg). In Legadue, Aget Imola signed Martin Ringstrom (206-F-81, agency: Rasmussen Services), an experienced swedish forward who during last season played with Carmatic Pistoia (7 ppg and 5.5 rpg in 26 games), while Crabs Rimini agreed terms with Quadre Lollis (200-F/C-73, college: Montana St.), who returns to Italy where he was a star of Vanoli Soresina (106 games in 3 seasons with 14.2 ppg)

Angelico Biella officially announced two new signings. The Italian outfit brought in Marc Salyers (205-F-79, college: Samford) and Goran Jurak (203-F/C-77) for the next season.
Marc Salyers arrives to Biella from France, where he played for Le Mans Sarhe Basket. They reached the ProA Finals, but failed against Cholet. Salyers helped Le Mans last season with 11.7 ppg, 4.5 rpg and 2.8 apg for 36 games. He also appeared 12 times in EuroCup adding 12 [read more]

Season 2008/09 Salyers spent with Azovmash Mariupole. He parted ways with the team in December of 2009. In the past, Marc Salyers was a member of Roanne, Gravelines, Fenerbahce, Oyak Renault and Novara. Goran Jurak played last season for Banca Tercas Teramo. He had 9 ppg and 4.8 rpg for 28 games in SerieA. The team also competed in EuroCup, where Jurak added 7.1 ppg and 4.4 rpg. He already was a member of Biella on season 2008/09. At that time Jurak averaged 5.8 ppg, 3.6 rpg and 1.5 spg for 32 games. In Italy, Jurak also played for Climamio Bologna, Jesi and Cantu. He has Euroleague experience with Zalgiris and Olympiacos.
