Lega 2 top team - Tuscany Pistoia (8-1) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat seventh ranked Pall.Trento (5-4) 96-82. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Pall.Trento. The game without a history. Tuscany Pistoia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Giacomo Galanda (211-75) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Panamanian swingman Michael Hicks (194-76, college: Texas A&M-CC) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Luigi Dordei (202-81) replied with 18 points for Pall.Trento. Tuscany Pistoia have an impressive five-game winning streak. Tuscany Pistoia are looking forward to face Sigma Barcellona (#4) on the road in the next round. Pall.Trento will play against Novipiu Casale and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
