The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with defeat of the leader and favorites losing the games.

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Sigma Barcellona (11-5) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were rolled over by tenth ranked Pall.Trento (6-9) 89-70. The game was mostly controlled by Pall.Trento. Sigma Barcellona managed to win third quarter 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Pall.Trento made 18-of-19 free shots (94.7 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Nigerian-American point guard Michael Umeh (188-84, college: UNLV, agency: Two Points) who helped to win the game recording 28 points (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). American guard Barry Elder (197-82, college: Georgia Tech) contributed with 20 points for the winners. Guard Marco Giuri (194-88) replied with 18 points and 5 rebounds for Sigma Barcellona. Newly promoted Pall.Trento maintains tenth position with 6-9 record, which they share with FCM Ferentino. Sigma Barcellona at the other side still keeps top place with five games lost. Pall.Trento is looking forward to face higher ranked Givova Scafati (#4) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Sigma Barcellona will have a break next round.
