The second part of the season in BKT Superliga of Kosovo had to start this weekend. But after a clubs request, Basketball Federation of Kosovo (FBK) decided to delay the start of the season for two weeks.
A notification, signed from FBK says, after the club request, general situation in kosovar basketball and very low temperatures in all Kosovo, the start of BKT Superliga is delayed until 18 and 19 February, when the 15th gameweek should start

The second part of the season in BKT Superliga of Kosovo had to start this weekend. But after a clubs request, Basketball Federation of Kosovo (FBK) decided to delay the start of the season for two weeks.
A notification, signed from FBK says, after the club request, general situation in kosovar basketball and very low temperatures in all Kosovo, the start of BKT Superliga is delayed until 18 and 19 February, when the 15th gameweek should start.
The polar temperatures and a high level of snow have made impossible the preparations and court heating. For this reason the FBK officials have approved the clubs request for delaying the season start.

Kolegji Univers transfers Kujtim Lepaja - Feb 1, 2012 (by Dren Shporta )
Kolegji Univers has done a great job during the first half of the season by registering 5 victories and getting to the fifth place on the classification table. During this transfer window they have transferred only one experienced player. They took their ex player, Kujtimi Lepaja (198-G-84) from Futura.
27 year old Lepaja, has played for newly formed club, Futura this season. He has made a good job there, but he is getting back to his old club for the second part of the season

Kolegji Univers is one of two teams in BKT Superliga that didnt make an international transfer. They rely on their own forces. The college boys are in the game for play-off and they hope that they will be there in the end. The red team from Bardhosh will host Futura in the first match of the spring season.

Then, the green team from Mitrovica decided for the Bosnian center and registered him as their player. Afterwards Bryant Williams (205-C-89, agency: Global Sports Plaza, college: Oklahoma City) was offered to Kosova Vushtrri, which accepted the player

22 year old American center was very close to Trepca. He was about to sign with them until Emir Zimic came. Then, the green team from Mitrovica decided for the Bosnian center and registered him as their player. Afterwards Bryant Williams (205-C-89, agency: Global Sports Plaza, college: Oklahoma City) was offered to Kosova Vushtrri, which accepted the player.
Now, Williams will play for Vushtrria team during the second half of the season as they made the request to register him in Basketball Federation (FBK). Kosova from Vushtrri has registered 4 victories and 10 defeats during winter season, but they lost their main player Besnik Azemi who signed for Trepca.
With Bryant Williams as replacement for Besnik Azemi and other players loaned and returned they will be the main team fighting for the last two places that will secure the ticket for play-offs. With the actual players they are open also for some surprises, like they did it against Peja in the last week of winter season. After Arber Elshani, they registered also a free player Leon Prekazi. Kosova will host Drita in their first match of the second part of the season, that start on February 5th.
