    KB Bashkimi Prizren, last seasons 4th place finishers, have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with American guard Philip Brooks (188-G-84, college: Langston). Brooks, 27, is a 6-2 guard out of Garland, Texas who has played professionally in Germany, Spain, Syria and Macedonia during his four-year career. Last season he split the season between ABA Strumica and KK Kumanovo 2009 of Macedonia. In six contests with ABA Strumica Brooks averaged 21.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals while connecting on 35-56 2FG and 9-29 3FG attempts. Brooks then moved to Kumanovo to finish out the season. Prior to Macedonia, Brooks starred in the Spanish EBA and Germany Regionalliga where he was an All-Star and top-scorer in both leagues.

    Sigal Prishtina won Cup trophy in Mitrovica defeating Peja 77-66. Both teams scored 18 points in the opening period, while Peja took a 4-point lead at the halftime. Moreover they added a 14-11 rally in the third period and led 53-47 with 10 minutes to go. Sigal Prishtina however exploded with a massive 30-12 surge in the last stanza to seal the victory.
