    Justin Black
American Guard Justin Black (188-G-92, agency: Octagon Europe) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Bashkimi, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 18.
The 24-year old player was the main contributor (25 points, seven rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to edge out Ylli (#5, 8-9) 73-71. Bashkimi maintains the 2nd position in Kosovan SuperLeague. They are still close to the very top. Bashkimi would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 13-3 record. In the team's last game Black had a remarkable 76.9% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Bashkimi and it was his first game, where he immediately became new team's leader.

The second best player in last round's games was American Trae Anderson (196-SF) of Ylli. Anderson had a very good evening with a double-double of 15 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Ylli was edged by the higher-ranked Bashkimi (#2, 13-3) 73-71. Ylli managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 8-9 record. Anderson is one of the most experienced players at Ylli and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Croatian forward Nenad Delic (210-F/C-84) of league's top team Sigal Prishtina. Delic scored 21 points and grabbed six rebounds. He was a key player of Sigal Prishtina, leading his team to a 109-58 easy win against the lower-ranked Vellaznimi (#7, 2-16). Sigal Prishtina confirms their top position in the standings. Delic has a very solid season. In 4 games in Kosovo he scored 14.5ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
    4. Chris Olivier (203-F-92) of Ylli - 21 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists
    5. Arian Qallaku (195-G-92) of Peja - 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists
    6. Noah Dahlman (201-F-89) of Peja - 10 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists
    7. Slobodan Miljanic (201-F-90) of Peja - 12 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists
    8. Jamie Skeen (205-F-88) of Peja - 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists
    9. Kiel Turpin (213-C-89) of Trepca - 10 points, 16 rebounds and 2 assists
    10. Fisnik Rugova (208-PF-89) of Sigal Prishtina - 15 points, 2 rebounds and 3 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
    The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
