    Mekaj
Talented International Point guard Leonard Mekaj (182-PG-95) had a very impressive game in the last round for Peja and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 25.
The 21-year old playmaker got a double-double of 28 points and ten assists, while his team outclassed Kerasan (#8, 1-24) with 43-point margin 105-62. Peja maintains the 3rd position in Kosovan SuperLeague. They are still close to the very top. Peja would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 17-4 record. In the team's last game Mekaj had a remarkable 56.3% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Peja and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Mekaj has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (5th best: 4.1apg).

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 24-year old American guard Kevin Brown (190-G-92) of Ylli. Brown impressed basketball fans with 41 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Bad luck as Ylli lost that game 91-98 to the higher-ranked Bashkimi (#2, 18-4). Ylli managed to keep the same 5th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 10-14 record. Brown is one of the most experienced players at Ylli and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Croatian Nenad Delic (210-F/C-84) of top-ranked Sigal Prishtina. Delic scored 25 points and grabbed eight rebounds. He was a key player of Sigal Prishtina, leading his team to a 79-73 win against #3 ranked Peja in a game of the week. Sigal Prishtina confirms their top position in the standings. Delic has a very solid season. In 11 games in Kosovo he scored 13.1ppg. He also has 5.4rpg and FGP: 67.1%.

Other top performing players last week:
    4. Trae Anderson (196-SF) of Ylli - 25 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists

    6. Drilon Hajrizi (203-F-91) of Sigal Prishtina - 25 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists
    7. Montrael Scott (190-G-93) of Trepca - 24 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists

    9. Besnik Azemi (200-F/C-89) of Trepca - 17 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists
    10. Gazmend Sinani (206-C-91) of Bashkimi - 16 points, 12 rebounds and 2 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
    The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
