Cesis won the League undefeated. They overcame TTT Riga 67:61 in the Final game. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But TTT Riga won third quarter 15-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded TTT Riga 36-22 including 27 on the defensive glass. TTT Riga was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Serbian forward Ines Ajanovic (195-80) nailed 16 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and American forward Keisha Hampton (187-90, college: De Paul, agency: Veracity Sports, LLC) accounted for 16 points and 9 rebounds. International swingman Ieva Krastina (174-90, agency: LBM Management) came up with 22 points and 5 assists and forward Dita Rozenberga (181-92) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for TTT Riga in the defeat. TTT Riga's coach Aigars Nerips rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Eclex Tallinn trailed 29-26 at halftime, rallying from a 21-8 deficit at the end of first quarter to trim the gap. They outrebounded Eclex Tallinn 54-34 including a 22-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when RTU-Merks made 8 blocks. Guard Asnate Fomina (176-94) stepped up and scored 24 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and forward Laura Audere (178-84) chipped in 18 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side Estonian guard Mirjam Nikolai (177-86) responded with 19 points and 8 assists and Estonian power forward Annika Koster (185-92) scored 8 points and 11 rebounds.
