The fans could enjoy quite many interesting games in the last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Mazeikiai as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Mazeikiai defeated 6th ranked Zanavykas at home 86-76. The game was mostly controlled by Mazeikiai. Zanavykas managed to win third quarter 22-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by Zanavykas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Osvaldas Macernis (196-82) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points and 5 steals. Rokas Giedraitis (198-92) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners.
