KK Radviliskis-Juodeliai (NKL) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old guard Vitalis Pancerevas (185-80kg-87, college: Weatherford JC). He played recently at Silute (NKL). In 15 games this season he recorded 12.5ppg, 3.9rpg and 2.7apg. The last season Pancerevas played also at Silute. In 38 NKL games last season he averaged 14.6ppg, 2.8rpg and 2.4apg. He has played previously for another Lithuanian team Klaipedos LCC TU. Pancerevas attended Weatherford JC until 2008 and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball.

Vidas Ginevicius (194-G-78, agency: Interperformances) wins the title in Belarus as his Tsmoki-Minsk became the Champions of the country! The defending champions swept the Finals series against Grodno-93 3-0 adding 74:66 road win.

But Grodno-93 won third quarter 24-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tsmoki-Minsk dominated on the defensive end, holding Grodno-93 to just 5 points in second quarter. Lashkevich top-scored for the winners with 17 points and Aliaksei Trastsinetski added 14. Pavel Ulyanko netted 11, while Ater Majok and Korshuk added 7 apiece. Vidas Ginevicius followed them with 5 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Kuzmin replied with 20 points in the losing effort and Mastou scored 12. Igor Konuyshenko produced 10 and Korzh had 9.

Gediminas Orelikas (200-G/F-90) will continue his career in Lietuvos Rytas. The forward has agreed on terms of two-year contract with the Vilnius powerhouse. Gediminas Orelikas has played for Rudupis Prienai since 2010. Last season the forward led LKL in scoring posting 16.8 points per game. He was also trumped All-Lithuanian LKL Player of the Year. The forward was the member of the Lithuanian University National Team in 2011.

Third quarter allows Zalgiris to take 2-0 lead over Novgorod. The Lithuanian Champions posted a 66:62 win against BC Nizhny Novgorod and took on Thursday night.

The best player for the winners was Darjus Lavrinovic (212-C-79) who scored 19 points. Oliver Lafayette (188-G-84, college: Houston) chipped in 14 points. Dmitry Golovin (192-F-88) produced 12 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and American swingman Dijon Thompson (201-G/F-83, college: UCLA) added 9 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals respectively for the guests.
