The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Suduva-Mantinga (29-7) in Sakiai on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked Vytis (19-18) 87-75. Suduva-Mantinga trailed 42-40 at halftime, rallying from a 27-14 deficit at the end of first quarter to trim the gap. They outrebounded Suduva-Mantinga 43-22 including a 29-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Gytis Radzevicius (195-95) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Augustinas Jankaitis (205-94) contributed with 16 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Swingman Gintautas Matulis (196-86) answered with 20 points for Suduva-Mantinga. Vytis have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to sixth place. Suduva-Mantinga at the other side still keeps top position with seven games lost. Vytis are looking forward to face Silute (#7) at home in the next round. Suduva-Mantinga will play against Perlas-MRU (#5) and is hoping to win this game.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Nafta-Uni. (25-12) against fifth ranked Perlas-MRU (20-16) on Friday night. Visiting Nafta-Uni. was defeated by Perlas-MRU in Vilnius 70-53. It was a great evening for forward Domantas Pipiras (203-91) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds. Martynas Maskolaitis helped adding 12 points and 7 rebounds. Perlas-MRU's coach Arvydas Gronskis allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. point guard Mindaugas Stasys (179-86) responded with 7 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Perlas-MRU have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fifth place with 20-16 record. Nafta-Uni. lost third consecutive game. They keep the second position with 12 games lost. Perlas-MRU will play against league's leader Suduva-Mantinga in Marijampole in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Nafta-Uni. will play at home against Rasai and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Telsiai (22-14) against fourth ranked Rasai (22-14) on Thursday night. Visiting Telsiai was defeated by Rasai in a tough game in Raseiniai 79-85. It was an exceptional evening for Sarunas Vingelis who led the winners and scored 27 points and 4 assists. Laurynas Kaveckis came up with 24 points and 4 steals for Telsiai in the defeat. Rasai moved-up to third place, which they share with defeated Telsiai. Rasai will meet league's second-placed Nafta-Uni. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Telsiai will have a break next round.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 11: Palanga beat Mazeikiai on the road 81-67. Bottom-ranked Petrochema lost to Zalgiris II on its own court 67-77. Delikatesas managed to outperform KTU in Joniskis 87-80.

No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Palanga (18-19) beat on the road 12th ranked Mazeikiai (13-23) 81-67 on Friday. The guests trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 27-11 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Palanga outrebounded Mazeikiai 39-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for guard Zygimantas Simonis (192-95) who led the winners and scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Mantvydas Staselis (189-94) accounted for 19 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Swingman Kostas Jonuska (195-92) came up with 19 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Ernestas Bruzas (183-96) added 7 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Mazeikiai in the defeat. Palanga maintains ninth place with 18-19 record. Loser Mazeikiai dropped to the eleventh position with 23 games lost. They share it with KTU. Palanga will meet at home KTU (#11) in the next round. Mazeikiai will play against Zalgiris II and hope to secure a win.

Very expected game when 14th ranked Petrochema (8-29) lost to eighth ranked Zalgiris II (21-15) in Jonava 67-77 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Zalgiris II. Petrochema managed to win fourth quarter 25-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 27-of-33 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for power forward Laurynas Birutis (213-97) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds. Power forward Gytis Masiulis (206-98) accounted for 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Zalgiris II's coach Tomas Masiulis used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. KTU - Delikatesas 80-87

The game between closely ranked teams ended with tenth ranked Delikatesas' (15-21) road victory over 11th ranked KTU (13-23) in Kaunas 87-80 on Friday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 27-16. But KTU won third quarter 22-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Delikatesas made 27-of-31 free shots (87.1 percent) during the game, while KTU only scored eleven points from the stripe. They outrebounded KTU 34-20 including a 26-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Delikatesas looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for center Nerijus Barauskas (207-92) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 13-for-13 from the free throw line !!!). Guard Sarunas Kulevicius (191-89) accounted for 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Point guard Matas Sapiega (178-90) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 assists and power forward Airidas Giedraitis (197-95) added 14 points respectively for KTU in the defeat. KTU's coach Vytautas Pliauga rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Delikatesas maintains tenth place with 15-21 record. Newly promoted KTU keeps the eleventh position with 23 games lost. They share it with Mazeikiai. Delikatesas will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. KTU will play against Palanga (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Taurages are RKL Champions in Lithuania. They won the Final series against Omega 3-2. In the decisive 5th game Taurages posted a 75-55 victory as they exploded with a 31-9 surge in the third period. Tautvydas Zioba (200-PF-92) top-scored for the winners with 17 points and Aivaras Kvedaravicius (185-PG-88) posted 16.
