Silute upset Nafta-Uni on the road to surge ahead in the series. The guests trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 86-83. Silute made 27-of-34 free shots (79.4 percent) during the game. Strangely Nafta-Uni. outrebounded Silute 45-28 including a 19-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. 28 personal fouls committed by Nafta-Uni. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Brian Wanamaker (185-89, college: Texas Wesleyan) stepped up and scored 18 points and 7 assists for the winners and center Aurelijus Pukelis (205-94) chipped in 16 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). Wanamaker is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side point guard Mindaugas Stasys (179-86) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 assists and forward Viktoras Chodosovskis (200-89) scored 17 points and 7 rebounds. Five Silute and four Nafta-Uni. players scored in double figures.

Suduva-Mantina fired past Zalgiris II in the opener. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 20-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 87-56. Suduva-Mantinga dominated on the defensive end, holding Zalgiris II to just 7 points in second quarter. They outrebounded Zalgiris II 41-28 including 29 on the defensive glass. Suduva-Mantinga looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Forward Antanas Udras (203-92, agency: Octagon Europe) fired 22 points and 5 rebounds (perfect behind the arc making all five shots) for the winners. Guard Evaldas Saulys (190-93) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Suduva-Mantinga players scored in double figures. Suduva-Mantinga's coach Marius Kiltinavicius felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Power forward Gytis Masiulis (206-98) produced 14 points and 8 rebounds and power forward Laurynas Birutis (213-97) added 10 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side.

Lietkabelis - Lietuvos rytas 90-73 Lietkabelis overcame Lietuvos Rytas to even the semifinal series at 1-1. The game was mostly controlled by Lietkabelis. Lietuvos rytas was better in third quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lietkabelis made 21-of-26 charity shots (80.8 percent) during the game.
