Suduva-Mantinga upset Zalgiris II in Kaunas to take 2-0 lead. The game without a history. Suduva-Mantinga led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Suduva-Mantinga outrebounded Zalgiris II 42-21 including a 33-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Suduva-Mantinga especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Darius Griskenas (194-84) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. American forward Kinu Rochford (195-90, college: Fair Dickinson) chipped in 17 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Kristupas Zemaitis (192-96) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 assists and power forward Gytis Masiulis (206-98) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Zalgiris II's coach Tomas Masiulis let to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.

Nafta-Uni beat Silute on the road to even the series at 1-1. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Guard Erikas Kubilius (194-95) scored 20 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Deividas Anuzis (182-92) chipped in 19 points and 4 assists during the contest. Center Aurelijus Pukelis (205-94) responded with 18 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Ulysses Thomas (190-92, college: Kentucky St.) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Silute's coach Robertas Kuncaitis rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Vytis - Telsiai 64-69

Telsiai rolled past Vytis to draw things level at 1-1. Vytis was ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 21-10 charge of Telsiai, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 20 Vytis turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Vytis helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Ovidijus Kaminskis (195-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Laurynas Kaveckis (190-90) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Center Edvinas Jezukevicius (207-90) replied with 18 points and 9 rebounds and American point guard Shelton Jackson (191-89, college: Mercyhurst) added 12 points in the effort for Vytis.

Perlas-MRU - Rasai 83-85

Rasai nipped Perlas-MRU away from home to gain 2-0 lead. It looked good early as Perlas-MRU took a 4-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Rasai had a 23-15 second period charge getting the lead and Perlas-MRU was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 83-85. Rasai forced 23 Perlas-MRU turnovers. Strangely Perlas-MRU outrebounded Rasai 36-20 including a 25-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Power forward Sarunas Beniusis (206-93) notched 21 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and point guard Tomas Galeckas (183-94) supported him with 16 points and 7 assists. Four Rasai players scored in double figures. Even 32 points and 5 rebounds by forward Arnas Berucka (195-97) did not help to save the game for Perlas-MRU. Swingman Tautvydas Pipiras (197-93) added 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the hosts. Perlas-MRU's coach Arvydas Gronskis tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
