Netherlands beat Luxembourg in Bertrange as both teams finished their 2015 EuroBasket Qualifying Round. The Dutch side posted a 77:53 win and finished the Group third with 1-2 record. Luxembourg finished the group with 0-3 record on the last spot. Netherlands jumped to 16:5 start and never looked behind in the game. They added 23-13 surge in the second frame and led 21 points at the halftime. Moreover the Dutch side won the third quarter 23-8 and increased to 62:26 after three quarters. Luxembourg meanwhile erupted with 27-15 surge in the last stanza and reduced to final 77:53 margin. Natalie Van Den Adel (185-G-90, college: Colorado St.) top-scored for the winners with 13 points and Tanya Broering (178-G-84) as well as Rianne De Roos (191-C-89) had 12 each. Chatilla Van Grinsven (190-F-89, college: St.Joseph's) followed them with 10 points in a win. Cathy Schmit (17-G-90) ended up with 17 points in the losing effort, while Nadia Mossong (182-F-86, college: E.Kentucky) poured in 11. Greece closed Day 2 with the win over Luxembourg and improved to 2-0 record. The Greek side posted an 80:68 win and will face Estonia for the top spot in Group A.

Artemis Spanou (183-F-93) collected 14 points and 10 rebounds, while Pelagia Papamichail poured in 8. Nadia Mossong (182-F-86, college: E.Kentucky) ended up with 23 points in the losing effort and Jill Bausch (170-G-87) had 13. Tessy Hetting (184-SF-86, college: LIU Brooklyn) and Lynn Schreiner (165-G-91) delivered 9 points each.

Estonia claimed the opening win at the 2015 EuroBasket Qualifying Round. They defeated Luxembourg in Group A opener for both teams. Mirjam Nikolai (177-G-86) scored 16 points and distributed 6 assists to lead the Baltic state.
