American Celeste Trahan-Davis (184-C-85, agency: LBM Management) put on an amazing game in the last round for T71 Dudelange and that's her to receive a Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 27-year old center had a double-double of 35 points and fourteen rebounds, while her team outclassed Basket Esch (#7, 2-8) with 49-point margin 94-45. T71 Dudelange is placed at 5th position in Luxembourg Diekirch League. T71 Dudelange is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-6 record. Trahan-Davis turned to be T71 Dudelange's top player in her first season with the team.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 23-year old American forward Jessilyn Conicelli (177-F-89) of league's best team Etzella. Conicelli impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 30 points and 16 rebounds. Bad luck as Etzella lost that game 67-89 to Musel Pikes (8-1). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Musel Pikes managed to tie with Etzella at the very top position in the standings. It was just her team's 1st loss this season, while they won 8 other games. Conicelli is a newcomer at Etzella and it seems she did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.0ppg (#2). She also registered 12.9 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was American Amanda Stowe (186-F/C-79) of second-ranked Musel Pikes. Stowe scored 24 points and grabbed eleven rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Musel Pikes, leading her team to a 89-67 easy win against #1 ranked Etzella. Musel Pikes is closer and closer to the top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 8-1 record is not that bad... Stowe has a great season in Luxembourg. After only 9 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 9.9rpg (6th best).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Christine Fisher (183-F/C-83) of Musel Pikes - 19 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
