American center Celeste Trahan-Davis (184-C-85, agency: LBM Management) had a great game in the last round for T71 Dudelange, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 27-year old player had a double-double of 40 points and 17 rebounds, while her team edged out Amicale (#4, 6-5) 95-91. T71 Dudelange maintains the 5th position in Luxembourg Diekirch League. T71 Dudelange is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-6 record. Trahan-Davis turned to be T71 Dudelange's top player in her first season with the team. Celeste Trahan-Davis averages just after three games 29.3ppg and 15.7rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was 24-year old American Meghan Gardler (180-F/C-88) of Amicale. Gardler had a very good evening with a double-double of 29 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Amicale was edged by slightly lower-ranked T71 Dudelange (#5, 6-6) 95-91. Amicale managed to keep the same 4th spot in the standings. Her team's 6-5 record is not bad at all. Gardler is well-known at Amicale and is a proven leader in her second season with the team. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.5ppg (#1). She also registered 11.5 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Christine Fisher (183-F/C-83) of league's top team Musel Pikes. Fisher showcased her all-around game by recording 17 points, eighteen rebounds (!!!) and five assists in the last round. She was a key player of Musel Pikes, leading her team to a 55-52 win against #3 ranked AB Contern in a game of the week. Many experts and fans count Musel Pikes as a contender for championship title. Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 10 victories and only one lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings. Fisher has a great season in Luxembourg. After only 9 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 11.3rpg (3rd best) and assists with 3.2apg (5th best). She also has 2.3spg and FGP: 54.0%.

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
