N2 is at the halfway of the Second Stage and there are still another 5 rounds left.

Grengewald managed to get the fourth consecutive victory on Saturday night. This time they outleveled tenth-ranked Preizerdaul 88-66. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 22-point difference suggests that Grengewald is in a good shape to leave the bottom place. Grengewald have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with T.Hesperange. Newly promoted Preizerdaul still closes the standings with 23 games lost. Grengewald is looking forward to face BBC Nitia (#9) in Bettembourg in the next round. Preizerdaul will have a break next round.
The game in Belvaux was also worth to mention about. 5th ranked T.Hesperange (12-11) played at the court of seventh ranked Soleuvre (10-13). Soleuvre managed to secure a 7-point victory 71-64. Soleuvre have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain seventh place with 10-13 record. T.Hesperange at the other side dropped to the bottom position with 11 games lost. They share it with Grengewald. Soleuvre will play against Black Star (#8) in Mersch in the next round. T.Hesperange will play on the road against Black Star in Mersch and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 5 BBC Nitia lost to Black Star on the opponent's court 88-100.

Soleuvre - T.Hesperange 71-64

Black Star - BBC Nitia 100-88

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 9th ranked BBC Nitia's (5-18) road loss to eighth ranked Black Star (9-14) 88-100. Black Star maintains eighth place with 9-14 record. BBC Nitia lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth position with 18 games lost. Black Star will play against higher ranked T.Hesperange (#6) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BBC Nitia will play against Grengewald in Niederanven and hopes to get back on the winning track.
