Luxol - Depiro 60:42

Luxol celebrated the first title of the season. They cruised past Depiro in the SuperCup clash. B Naudi stepped up with 15 points to pace the winners.
Luxol grabbed the lead right from the start. They ensured a comfortable 31:10 lead at the interval. Luxol stayed comfortably in front throughout the third term. They entered the fourth quarter up by as many as 16 points 44:28. Depiro went on a desperate rescue run late in regulation. They drained a bunch of three-pointers but Luxol stayed in control and rallied to the victory at the end. Greta Zarb and Beverly Zammit (178-G/F-87) posted 10 points each in the winning case. A Borg responded with 13 points for Depiro. Steffi Demartino topscored with 17 points in the loss.

Luxol beat Hibs to retain title - May 2, 2016

For the umpteenth time this season, Luxol recovered from a slow start to turn the tables on their opponents. This time their escape act saw them chalking up a crucial win that meant they had secured their 15th title in history. CAFFE' MOAK - Hibernians 42-32 CAFE MOAK bounced back from the loss in Game 3 of the Finals and rallied past Hibernians. The victory propelled Luxol to 3-1 lead in the title series. The game was mostly controlled by CAFFE' MOAK. Hibernians managed to win second period 12-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hibernians - CAFFE' MOAK 52-40 Hibernians earned the opening victory in the championship series. They snapped two-game losing skid and edged CAFFE MOAK at home court.
