Loyola and Depiro will play in BOV Knock-Out semifinals. They overcame Qormi Phoenix and Athleta respectively.
Loyola dominated in their clash against Qormi. The recent MBA Shield winners took a 17:6 lead after ten minutes. Loyola boosted the margin to 20 points 30:10. Loyola maintained the lead and sealed the winning outcome at 50:25.
Depiro in the meantime held off Athleta 63:53. Athleta opened the game with six points in a row but Depiro bounced back taking a 12:10 advantage after ten minutes. They established a 32:14 halftime advantage. Athleta refused to give up and eventually pulled ahead 47:46 midway through the final quarter. But Depiro went on a 9:0 run that sealed the win for them.   



Peugeot League Round 5: Starlites prevail against Athleta - 20 hours ago
An interesting game for Starlites (3-0) which played road game in Birkirkara against 3rd placed Athleta (2-2). Leader Starlites managed to get a 4-point victory 47-43. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 47-43.
