The Regular Season in Powerade League just started.

Athleta defeated Bupa in Birkirkara 65-50. The game was mostly controlled by Athleta. Bupa managed to win third quarter 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Bupa will play next round against strong Starlites trying to get back on the winning streak. Athleta will try to continue on its current victory against Floriana on the road.
The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Cynergi (0-1) on the court of Starlites. Visitors were edged by Starlites 69-68. Starlites will play against Bupa (#4) in Luxol in the next round. Cynergi will play against Hibernians and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
