Natalia Krasnoshchek (186-F-89) finally appeared for Dynamo Kursk (Russia-A Superleague). On December 20th she played against Chevakata and we hope to hear more often about the player abroad. Before that she nailed 7 points against Vologda in the Cup game.
Natalia Burlakova (174-G-84) and her CS Rapid CFR Marfa Bucuresti is 6-6 in the Romanian League so far. In the last game of year 2009 her team lost to the favorite of the country. Municipal MCM Targoviste remains on top of the league with 12-0 record in the South East Conference. The favorites overcame Rapid Bucharest 97:50 in the latest game. The hosts easily won all the quarters of the game and hoped for three digits in the end. They however enjoyed 97 points at the end. Chrissy Givens top-scored for the winners with 26 points, 16 rebounds and 7 assists. Olena Samburska followed her with 19 points and Levitsky nailed 14. Cristina Perta ended up with 23 points in the losing effort, while Natalia Burlakova had 7 points and 5 rebounds.
Natalia Burlakova averages 8.5 points per game and has 3.2 rebounds. In her best game she nailed 21 points as her CS Rapid CFR Marfa Bucuresti beat Olimpia Bucharest 100:72 in Round 6.   



Liga Feminina Round 8 of Regular Season - 9 days ago
There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Liga Feminina. Round 8 in Liga Feminina means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Chisinau where host USEFS (5-1) crushed league's leader ASEM (5-2) 76-47 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of ASEM. USEFS celebrate Cup title - 23 days ago
USEFS are the Moldovan Cup winners. They overcame UTM 70:65 in the exciting title clash at the weekend. UTM enjoyed a 36:28 halftime advantage. But USEFS managed to turn things around in the second half. They pulled within 7 points at the final intermission. USEFS then triggered a 26:14 run in the fourth term to ice the victory. USEFS overcame ASEM, while UTM held off Panthers to reach Final.   [read more]

Liga Feminina is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 5 rounds left. An interesting game for USEFS (3-1) which played road game in Ialoveni against 4th placed Panthers (0-3). Third ranked USEFS had an easy win 79-48. The game without a history.
