Bracco Geas strengthened their frontcourt. They have agreed on terms of contract with Irina Crasnoscioc (191-F-81). The Moldovan forward spent the previous season in Pozzuoli. She tallied 6.7 points, 4.2 boards and 2.5 steals per game in A1. Previously Irina Crasnoscioc had stints in Hungary, Ukraine, Romania and Russia. Irina Crasnoscioc was named Eurobasket.com All-Ukrainian UBL Forward of the Year in 2009. She was also trumped Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Bosman Player of the Year in 2010. Irina Crasnoscioc is the member of Moldovan National Team.
In the meantime Bracco Geas parted ways with Karen Twehues (182-G-83, college: Cincinnati). The Swiss guard spent the last two seasons with the team. Last season Karen Twehues averaged 6.0 points, 1.1 boards and 1.1 steals per game in A1.

Femina wins back-to-back championship title - Apr 17, 2013

Femina-USEFS Chisinau after being in the lead 2-1 relaxed a bit which caused to being defeated in the 4th game to ASEM 59-76. As a result, the final game was a crucial one for both teams. Femina-USEFS take 2-1 Final lead and is one step from the title. In Game 1 of the Finals ASEM overcame Femina-USEFS 81:72. Later Femina-USEFS replied with a thrilling 64:63. In Game 3 Femina-USEFS celebrated an easy 79:60 victory.    [read more]
ASEM reach the Final stage - Apr 3, 2013

ASEM reach the Final stage of the Play-offs. The team survived a 57:57 draw against Politech in Game 2 and advanced to the next stage. In Game 1 ASEM celebrated a 74:63 victory. In the Finals ASEM will take on Femina-USEFS. The first game is schedule for April 3rd.    [read more]
