An exciting game was played in Cahul. Leader Gamma faced 4th placed Politech. Host Gamma (7-0) smashed guests from Chisinau (2-5) 83-63. Undefeated Gamma have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 7-0 record. Politech at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Gamma are looking forward to face UASM (#3) in Chisinau in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Politech will play at home against the league's second-placed Donbasket in Donduseni and it may be a tough game between close rivals. Bottom-ranked Soroka (0-7) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 114-51 loss to third ranked UASM (5-1) in Chisinau. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. The victory was the third consecutive win for UASM. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Donbasket. Soroka lost their seventh game in a row. They still closes the standings with seven games lost. UASM will play against league's leader Gamma in Cahul in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Soroka will play on the road against Ribnita (#5) in Ribnitsa and hopes to get finally their first victory.
In the last game of round 7 Ribnita was crushed by Donbasket in Donduseni 107-87.

Donbasket maintains second place with 5-1 record having just three points less than leader Gamma, which they share with UASM. Ribnita lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the fifth position with six games lost. Donbasket will play against Politech (#4) in Chisinau in the next round. Ribnita will play at home against Soroka and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

BC Donbaschet sweep the Final series and becomes a Champion in Moldova. The team overcame Gama in three consecutive games and won the Play-offs!
In Game 1 Donbaschet Casa Noastra USM edged Gama 92:89 in a real thriller. The teams stayed close to each other until the last seconds and Donbaschet managed to grab 3-point win. Ivan Cropotov (209-C-88) received best Center award, while Tkachenko Yvgen was named the best Forward. Roman Rusu (192-G-81) was awarded the best Guard in the league. In the series for the 3-4 place BC UASM overcame Auto-Red 87:71 and 68:66. CS UTM-Politeh finished 5th in the League as they won both games against Soroca-Baschet, 82:74 and 86:62.

Gamma and Donbasket reach the Finals in the country. Both teams easily won over their opponents in the Semifinal clashes.
Gamma overcame Ribnita 118:71 and 105:76. Donbasket meanwhile edged UASM 98:73 and 91:76.
The first game of the finals is planned for Apr 28.

The Semifinals are set in Moldova. Gamma as the winner of the Regular Season will take on the fourth place BC Avto-Red. Donbasket that finished second plays against UASM. The second pairings already played their first game as Donbasket won the opener 98:73.
