Montenegro-Poland 59:50

Montenegro pull away from Poland at the EuroBasket Women Qualification Round. The winners improved to 3-0 record on top of Group B after 59:50 win. Poland meanwhile fell at 1-1 record.
Montenegro won the opening period 15:8 as Jelena Dubljevic (191-C-87) made a jump shot. Snezana Aleksic (172-G-89) nailed three for 21:13 and Skerovic made the same at 25:15. Turcinovic and Skerovic later closed the half at 33:21. Montenegro continued their dominance and added 17-13 in the third period. Poland responded with 16-9 in the last period but could reduce only to 9.
Eshaya Murphy (182-G/F-85, college: USC) top-scored for the winners with 12 points for the perfect record. Jelena Skerovic (176-G-80, agency: Josep and Nicolas), Snezana Aleksic and Jelena Dubljevic each added 11. Agnieszka Skobel (179-F-89) ended up with 16 points in the losing effort.
