Montenegro kept their record spotless on top of 2013 EuroBasket Qualifying Round Group A. They held off visiting Serbia to climb at 7-0 record. Serbia fell at 4-3 record to share the second position with Estonia and Israel. Sead Sehovic (196-G/F-89) posted 20 points to lead the hosts.
Serbia looked better in the opening quarter. They opened the game with six points in a row and soon gained a 16:3 lead. Montenegro cut the deficit but still trailed by six points at the first break 11:17. Montenegro capped the first half on an 11:3 run to take a 32:29 lead. The hosts stayed in charge throughout intense third frame. Montenegro entered the final frame up by 4 points 51:47. The hosts used a 7:0 run midway through the final stanza to take a 66:56 advantage. Taylor Rochestie and Sead Sehovic sealed the victory for the hosts in the dying minutes. Vladimir Dasic (208-PF-88, agency: Beo Basket) posted 13 points, while Blagota Sekulic (209-C-82, agency: FCM) finished with 11 points for the winners. Milos Teodosic (195-PG-87) replied with 13 points for Serbia. Nemanja Bjelica (209-F/C-88, agency: Interperformances) netted 11 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in the loss.

Egis Kormend (A Division) agreed terms with 26-year old American forward Cole Dickerson (201-104kg-91, college: USF). It is actually his comeback to Kormend as he has played here before. Dickerson supposed to play at Mornar Bar in Montenegrin Erste Liga, but left the team in Dec.'16. In 10 games he had 9.3ppg and 3.3rpg this season.
